SCH Services Refund Policy
We provide a service to our customers based on a prior quote of work to be done and conditions under which that work is to be done. For that reason we do not offer refunds for services under any condition for work that was performed or we attempted to perform within the scope of our service arangement with the customer.
If a truck or crew is not onsite to perform pre-paid work as requested within 24 hours or the payment and work is not performed, a full refund shall be made by company check 30 days after the pre-payment transaction has settled.
